Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please contact us at your earliest convenience, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. This courtesy will allow our office to make the appointment available for other patients. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Medical Appointments – 214-987-3376
A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested
for cancellation or change.

Cosmetic Appointments – 214-751-2388
A minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) notice is required prior to the appointment for cancellation or change. Otherwise a no-show fee appropriate to the scheduled service will be charged to your account.
